"With respect to the overall house it was about optimizing the opportunities with aspects and views and how the house connected to the surrounds. Amongst the program of spaces, the functionality and practicality of the project, materiality and form were strong elements with an overarching feeling of calmness and lux."

EGR Decor products played a crucial role in tying the Windsor home together. Their ability to adapt across spaces—from wet zones to outdoor kitchens—provided unmatched design flexibility. The materials enabled a consistent, refined visual language throughout the home, bringing both elegance and practicality.
Soft grey cabinetry, timber accents, natural marble, and brass detailing formed the material base of this home. The understated palette was chosen for its timeless appeal, complementing the architecture’s bold black lines and open planning.
Soft furnishings and minimalist cabinetry reflect a hotel-like luxury in the master suite.
"EGR Decor products were able to offer an overall continuity that was able to morph itself between all the rooms, inside and out. Ultimate flexibility and cohesiveness of the product just polished off all the elements"
The marriage of classic marble and brass fixtures defines the heart of the home.
Guest spaces mirror the same soft tones and natural textures for a unified experience.
"Timber hues throughout in floors and screens, classic marbles, brass glints and strong bold matt finished metals all combined well throughout"
An alfresco area designed for entertaining flows effortlessly into the interior living space. This seamless transition is made possible by the use of two distinct materials—StyleLex Mountain, used outdoors, and StyleLite TruMatte Mountain, used indoors. Achieving such a high level of visual and material continuity is technically complex, and EGR Decor enables architects and designers to realise this level of refined integration.

Expansive cabinetry and elegant stone surfaces define the open-plan kitchen.
Beyond aesthetic cohesion, the Windsor Project is packed with practical luxury: a suspended pool, gym, sauna, media room, and home office all enhance the liveability. Every detail was carefully curated—from material selections to layout—delivering a tranquil, timeless home experience.
"From the bold black exterior to the open-plan interiors, every detail has been carefully considered. The master suite is a standout—a hotel-like retreat with a seamless wardrobe and ensuite that elevate everyday living. With elements such as a suspended pool, courtyard, gym, sauna, home office, and media room, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication."
